Returns Policy

We want to ensure you are happy with your Aarch Le ven choice. However, if you do wish to return an item, please contact our customer service via hello@aarchleven.com

We accept returns on all full price goods within 14 days of delivery receipt.

 

 

APPROVED RETURNS:

Returns must be registered with us and dispatched within 14 days of your order being delivered.

Upon requesting your return with us, please indicate your reason for return and if you would like an exchange or a refund. We offer one FREE return when opting for an exchange. Please note when returning for a refund, original and return shipping fees along with any inbound duties & taxes applicable in your country will not be refunded or covered by Aarch Le Ven upon return of your goods.

 

HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS:

Goods must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to be accepted for a refund. This includes the original packaging, shoe box, care cards and dust bags. Please ensure goods are unworn, new with no signs of wear and of re-sellable condition. Returns which do not meet these requirements will be rejected at our warehouse and can returned to you at your own cost.

 

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER:

In the rare instance that you receive an incorrect size or style please contact us at hello@aarchleven.com to ensure we can swiftly assist you in resolving.

Our goods are quality checked to a high standard before leaving our warehouse. Each item is inspected carefully by our team before packing and again during packing. In the rare case you should discover a fault, we ask this is reported to us within 2 days of receipt. Any faults discovered will be reviewed and would usually be repaired or replaced. Faults discovered outside of the 2 day period will be dealt with at our own discretion.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER:

Please contact us at hello@aarchleven.com within 24 hours of ordering to request a cancellation and we will endeavour to accommodate requests where courier collections have not been made from our warehouse. After 24 hours we are not usually able to make any changes to your order or stop it from being shipped.

 

WHERE IS MY REFUND:

We will try our best to process your return ASAP, however during busier periods it may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed once your parcel has been received into our returns centre. Once processed you will receive an automated email containing all the details of your refund.

Please be aware it can take your bank a further 2-10 days for the funds to appear back in your bank account depending on the card/payment issuer.

Please allow 14 days from receipt to our returns centre before contacting us regarding your refund.

Refunds will be given back via the original payment method.

Orders placed using Store Credit will be returned to Store Credit as per the original payment method.

Store Credit is non-refundable.

 

Please do not make Unauthorised Returns.

Unauthorised returns are determined by Aarch Le Ven for the following reasons: failure to register your return with us, refusal of delivery, non payment of duties and/or taxes. Please refer to our unauthorised returns policy here.

 

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items outside of our Returns Policy. By ordering with Aarch Le Ven, you agree to the terms of our policies.
