Any parcels held in within the recipient country by customs are beyond our control, queries must be taken up with the local courier depot for further information.
Unclaimed & Uncollected Parcels: If your order is returned back to us due to unclaimed/uncollected we shall contact you to arrange a further delivery so we can re deliver your order promptly. Please refer to our returns policy for unclaimed orders or returned parcels to us due to unpaid duties and/or taxes.
